The annual shopping trip of the TNT class and the CYF/Chi Rho is almost here. Every December, these groups purchase gifts for those who are less fortunate. Wrapping day is December 17 at 7 p.m., and delivery day is Saturday, December 19 at 8 a.m.
The youth groups will shop on December 13, 2009 leaving the church about 5 p.m.
Joins us for a combined Sunday School class on August 30, as Marsha Eckert will share photos from her trip to the Amazon this summer. This will start about 10:45 a.m. in the Church basement.
July 5: “Spiritual Gifts Inventory” Led by Pastor Sam. What are the gifts that the Holy Spirit has placed within you to serve Christ? You will have the opportunity to fill out an inventory and to assess your gifts.
July 12: “Streamers, Session I” Led by Miriam Robeson. Based on a new curriculum for congregations, this session will look at the roots of the Christian Church - Disciples of Christ in the United States that began early in the 19th century.
July 19: “Streamers, Session II” Led by Miriam Robeson. A continuation of or our church history.
