Flora First Christian Church - Flora, IN

The 17th annual First Christian Church Golf Scramble was held at Bachelor Runn Golf course on August 16th.

The weather was just perfect for golf. Ten golfers arrived at the course and we divided up into three teams.

We finished the 9 holes with a tie score from two of the teams. The third team finished just three strokes back.

The winning teams were:

• Mike Hicks, Rhonda Hicks, Gary Overholser and Patrick Myers;
• C. J. Harmon, Phyllis Reinke and Owen Hicks.

Finishing in second place were:

•  Jerry Reinke, Shon McIlrath and Carissa Hicks.

Thanks to everyone who gave up their Saturday morning to chase a little white ball!!! It was another fun day on the golf course - no clubs thrown and no holes-in-one! We thank Ervin and Margaret Reinke for making the trophies again this year!
