God Loves You!
God is love! (I John 1:8) This is our simple, yet profound, central belief. You are loved by God, and we pray that this fact fills you with joy! You are beloved no matter what you have done or not done. You are cherished simply because you are God’s child. NOTHING will make God stop loving you. This love for all people was made alive in Jesus Christ. (John 1: 4 & 14.) Through Christ each of us can come to know the personal, yet unconditional love of God freely given to all. Therefore, rejoice and be glad!
“Nothing can separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries for tomorrow . . . can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below–indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 8, 38-39, New Living Translation)
